SeaMate AI helps cruise ship crew prepare for interviews, improve truthful CVs, practise languages and ship vocabulary, understand contract pay, and navigate work and life onboard. It provides AI guidance, with free local tools for CV design and printing, packing, salary calculations, a local job-offer warning-sign checker and short preparation lessons with original practice questions. It is not a recruitment agency, employer, certification provider or emergency service.
Paid purchases are currently unavailable. Free tools and the free AI allowance remain available. Pass prices below are for the planned paid launch.
Interview Pass: ₹199 for 7 days. SeaMate Pass: ₹499 for 30 days. Both include all AI modes and 20 requests per account per UTC day. The pass starts when payment is verified. It expires automatically; no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused daily requests do not carry over. Completed AI replies consume allowance; failed calls are restored. Shared capacity and interruptions may temporarily limit service. No additional mandatory fee is added by SeaMate to the displayed price.
CV design and printing, local packing checklists and calculators remain free. Chat context is available within the current conversation; we do not promise permanent chat history or syncing CV drafts. SeaMate does not guarantee a job, salary, certification, legal outcome or accuracy of every answer. Verify rules with your company and flag state and health concerns with the ship's medical team.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing a SeaMate pass, including if you have started using it.
For duplicate charges or a payment taken without the purchased access being provided, contact us so we can investigate and refund any confirmed incorrect charge.

Refund requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time taken to appear in your account depends on the payment method and bank.
A fully refunded pass becomes inactive. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
This is an online service; no physical goods are shipped. A purchased pass is activated on the signed-in account after payment verification. If payment was deducted but access is missing, contact support before paying again.
Aggregate tool visits, completions, book interactions, language choices and ratings are counted without visitor IDs, IPs or message text. Optional feedback text is sent only on Send and pruned after 30 days during cleanup. Counts are pruned after 35 days. Local drafts can be backed up and restored. No lead emails are collected in this release.
Browser storage holds your preparation profile, CV draft and named versions, interview practice answers and feedback, joining plan, packing checklist, learning progress and course planner, plus a local preference to dismiss author recommendations. AI questions and selected context go to OpenAI; AI proofreading sends CV text; interview feedback sends your answer, question and role and research may use web search. SeaMate does not store message text in its database. Providers may process or retain service data under their policies.
Google sign-in stores verified email, account ID and hashed session records. SeaMate stores daily request counts, aggregate feedback, order/payment IDs, plan, price, payment status, expiry and webhook processing records. Payment card data is handled by Razorpay. Records needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting and disputes may be retained; contact support to request account deletion. Local clear-data controls remove this browser's drafts, not payment/provider records.
Use only information you are entitled to share. Do not upload confidential ship documents, passport numbers, bank details or medical records. Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare and Razorpay process data in operating the service. You can sign out and clear local drafts from the app.
